By stopping their hearts for minutes on end, they can log firsthand observations of the afterlife.

As the team starts treating the experiments as a game and becoming drunk on this feeling of immortality, the horrors encroach. They begin to see unsettling visions and soon the side effects start “hunting” them down. These five lucky students are played by Ellen Page, Diego Luna (Rogue One: A Star Wars Story), Nina Dobrev (The CW’s The Vampire Diaries), James Norton (ITV’s Grantchester), and Kiersey Clemons (Neighbors 2: Sorority Rising).
